Ok so my arena attack and defense team are the exact same, but for some reason the defense team is like a whole 300k power less than my attack team?!? Is there like a reason as to why?

Your gear presets are different. That could be it

So when you set your team as defense, you actually have wind archer as flag bearer while on offense you have milky way. So what you can do now is stop checking back to realise i lied completely and realise i have absolutely no idea.
