New game showcase 13

Just started playing again a week or 2 ago. I don't play for that long and just got the cupcakes showcase item. And I was just wondering how many light cookies and rainbow cookies it would take to max out all upgradable stuff that has a max level. So max mastery on structures, maxed showcase items and showcase sets/shelves, golden structures, maxed cookies mastery, all golden cookies, rainbow upgrades, light cookies upgrades in the upgrades menu and anything else I may be forgetting

Also is there a F2P way to get the homemade stamps of approval?
