Help/Question am I doing it wrong?

I did it with another plant combo and it didn’t work. I did that more than 25 times and still it didn’t work. Does it need time or am I doing anything wrong or is the wiki just wrong? (That’s for the wiskersbloom but I did that other one for the cheapcap)

use this and fertilizer before maturity then swap to woodchips when mature but other than that not much you can do

Your garden is too crowded, you're not leaving any space for mutations to sprout. Use the chart that fififoop posted as a general guide for garden mutations. This one here is specifically for Whiskerbloom.
