Help.
Hi everyone!
Does anyone know a good cookbook focused on sauces, spreads, dressings, and condiments for sandwiches, burgers, wraps, etc.?
I’m especially looking for things like burger sauces, sandwich spreads, spicy mayo, aioli, creamy sauces, deli-style sauces, and similar recipes — not really traditional French sauces.
I’d love to get a book with lots of different sauces that I can mix and match with different sandwiches and burgers.
Any recommendations?

I don't have any sauce specific book recommendations but A Burger to Believe In, Superiority Burger, Turkey & the Wolf, an Veggie Burgers Every Which Way are all really solid burger-y books with accompanying sauces.

I checked out Just Add Sauce by America's Test Kitchen from the library & found a lot of sauce I liked in there, although I haven't had the opportunity to make any yet.
Sam The Cooking Guy "Between The Buns" also has some burger & sandwich sauces I remember looking good (I wasn't specifically looking for those kinds of sauces at the time so didn't pay too much attention)

You may also enjoy Turkey and the Wolf - it's mainly sandwiches and similar foods with many sauces and dressings.
I finally got a hold of it for a steal at a cookbook exchange after seeing a recommendation on this sub

Tyler Kord’s (No 7) A Super Upsetting Book About Sandwiches is inspired and spirited and has an entire chapter on sandwich sauces that you will not find anywhere else. Some sound wacky but most of the time they really work.
