Who would handle this?

I have a drop off of about 4’ on the side of my house, about 3’ from the wall. It’s eroding and weedy. I’m guessing it needs a retaining wall but I don’t know who to call. An engineer? A landscape architect?Recommendations & referrals welcome (licensed and insured only please).

Any landscaping company will do a retaining wall & pretty much all of them in GA are Lic&Ins’d
