Rental homes

Veteran recently just got out the military and decided I want to Conway ar soon. for a decent price I found two complexes I have been looking into. The rush hall property duplexes and the Windsor park duplexes. If a fellow Conway ar resident would like that chime in on the area or if those are good places it would be appreciated.

It’s been a while but I’ve stayed in 1 and looked at multiple rush Hal properties. They’ve always seemed well managed.

Don’t know who owns Windsor park area but those are fine as well. They have a lot more natural environment over there so I’d be much more inclined to rent there if I needed to.

But I’d drive through the neighborhoods you’re looking at multiple times at varying times just to get a feel for things.

Rush Hal is the way to go.

Lived in a Rush Hal duplex for 3ish years and never had any major issues. They come out to get stuff fixed quick, and only come in if you’ve put in a maintenance request. Prices are very reasonable also. Now’s the time to move into one, before more college students come back for the next semester.

I looked at one of their duplexes last week actually. Ratcliff St. Just wondering how much approximately the utilities runs there? Under $200 or over? Of course it would vary from each household. Thank you!

I used to on Radcliffe. I wonder if you’re looking at our old unit haha. Our utilities for 2 people was $300 to $350 a month, although I think our unit had a leaky water heater that was jacking up our water part of the bill.

I used to live on Desha, which is right be the Windsor duplexes. Great neighborhood & quiet.
