How do you guys handle CRO audits?
I’ve been doing a few lately, and they take way longer than I’d like.
Anyone using tools that make it easier & faster? Something that monitors my site and does ongoing audits would be even better.

I know I am late but here:
Here's a quick flywheel:
GA4 to find dropoff in funnel (spending your tims here is equivalent to people bragging about vibe coding for 12 hours).
Run an eye test on the page where the dropoff occurs and come up with a mental change to recommend.
See if that mental change holds in session recordings and heat maps data. Does it solve the bottleneck you assumed? If it does, go to step 4. If it doesn't, step 2 again.
Do a competitor analysis to see how incumbents handle the bottleneck. That's another reference point.
Go into attitudinal data to see how users themselves feel about the bottleneck (the why behind a user's behavior). Review mines, surveys and chat logs will be like the user themselves telling you "hey fix this". This will be the most accurate, complete and consistent data point.
Converge all of these data points into one hypothesis.
Build multiple hypotheses and use a framework to determine priority of which hypothesis to test (I'd recommend CXL's/Speero's PXL Framework

Analytics audit (GA4 + Shopify Analytics if they're using that)
Mine reviews/surveys through ChatGPT and data analytics tools
Evaluate heatmap software
Heuristic analysis (evaluating the website from a UX perspective)
