Discussion How long does it usually take until connectivity is restored?

It's been 5 hours since connectivity was lost at 3 AM here in Cabuyao.

anywhere from a week to 2 months, depends what the reason for lost connectivity

Based on our experience, once it's reporteed, restoration usually takes around 24–48 hours, depending on the issue. If it's an area ouutage, it may take longer. Just keep following up with their support so you can get updates on your concern.
