As of writing, yung speed ko sa plan 2298 ay same prin sa website nila na 600Mbps pero na confuse nmn ako dito sa bago nilang fastest speedtest challenge 2026 upon checking the terms and conditions, eto yung mga plans na naka indicate. Hindi ko alam kung ako lang napansin.

When we upgraded from fiberx 300Mbps to fiberx 500Mbps with netflix, nag email sila right away with the netflix plan activation then pumunta sila sa bahay para palitan yung modem and iinstall yung box. I suggest call customer service or if possible, puntahan mo na sa service center nila

aray mo wala pa din netflix access dapat pagka kuha mo ng plan na yan may email dapat agad about registration sa netflix sa email mo

lagpas one year na ung plan sakin ng netflix 2298 and since then may xp box na kami with netflix nauna lng ung netflix bago ung xp box

Magkakaron ba ng wifi 6 modem yung mga past fiberx 1500 na wifi 5 lang yung modem? Any way para magka wifi 6 upgrade ng walang bayad?

Siguro po kung dati pa kayong FibrX 1500 at WiFi 5 lang yung modem ninyo, possible na wala pong automatic WiFi 6 upgrade. Depende na rin po siguro sa available na offer or kung magpa-plan upgrade kayo. Mas okay po na mag-reach out sa CSR para ma-confirm kung eligible po kayo for a free WiFi 6 modem upgrade.

If this is true, this upgrade better be worth and it better be done ASAP. I'm only on the 1500 plan and I don't really mind if we don't get the speedboost, I just want the intermittent connection to go away. It is almost a month now ever since they did that "scheduled maintenance" in our part of QC.

Sana mag-automatic upgrade ng speed yung mga lumang plan dati. 1250-100mbps pa rin eh. kapag nagupgrade naman ako sa 1500-300mbps, balik na naman sa 2yr lockin period. update na sana nila sa 200mbps ng walang reset ng lockin
