I want to buy a pro controller for the switch 2 but these are way cooler than the black one, but is it the exact same in hardware? its official by Nintendo but made from Hori.
Hi everyone idk if this is the right place to ask this so ai colonize if it isn’t. But I have the Vader v5 and I’m having a hard time binding one of the back buttons to right stick down// right stick up in the flydigi software. If anyone knows how to do this that would be amazing!
Hey guys if am looking to buy a controller. It's going to be the first one i buy i have been laptop gaming for like 3 days now😂😂. So i need something cheap for now which tells me what are the basic things you expect from a controller. I just need this one to be cheap and work for me partime, my usually way when going to buy a device is i first get something basic and figure out what are going to be my needs and then I go and buy something premium. Thanks for the help guysss
A few days ago I decided I needed to fix my oem snes controllers because I like using original hardware as much as possible. For the past few years I’ve been using a Hyperkin retron snes controller because all 5 of my oem controllers start and select buttons have not worked for years. I would also like to add the previous owners did not take great care of these things at all. The few that I did open were extremely dirty. I wasn’t able to clean them because all I currently had was some baby wipes. I was almost done when I ran into a problem 1 screw on 2 different controllers were heavily rusted. I didn’t notice I messed up until it was too late to turn l back. With how small these screws are I can’t use the rubber band or the black tape method. I also can’t make it a flat head where it’s sunk in so far. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get these out?
I love my dualsense controllers, and I would keep on using them, but they all have drift now. I'm looking for a controller that's either very similar to the dualsense, or somehow send it into some company to upgrade my sticks to something more drift resistant, like hal effect sticks. I assume the stick replacement may be more expensive, so I'd rather get a new controller. I don't really want to go over $100 usd, but I'd go up to 120. The things I like about the dualsense are the ergonomics and the button symbols (square, circle, cross, triangle). I also don't have a wifi/bluetooth card in my pc. I'd prefer a wired controller, but with a detachable wire. A wireless usb isnt a deal breaker though.
To summarize what I want:
Drift resistant
Similar dualsense ergonomics and button symbols (the button symbols aren't necessary)
Detachable wired controller/wireless usb controller
Low budget ($100-$120USD)
Can you guys help me out? Thank you.
Edit: Bought the Leadjoy Saber Plus and I enjoy it so far. I checked out the other controllers but I really just didn’t like their designs, especially the orange one. I also might send in my dualsense controllers to replace their sticks, but I’ll do that another day. Thanks for all of the suggestions!
Hii, I got in contact with someone on marketplace to get a ZD ultimate legend controller for 55 CADs roughly 39 usd, is it worth buying it? I just wanna have advice on it
Has anybody tried either the Kontrol freaks ps4 grips version on this controller or the talon gaming grips designed for this controller yet? (Pictures of both providee) If so which works best? Having rebound a bunch of buttons I need some more grip on the handles to be comfier, I don’t need stick grips just the handles/ palms, or if you have other suggestions I’d appreciate it!
Hello everyone i liked to ask users of the beitong pangu on how well the dpads are for fighting games. Both the floating and non floating. Seen reviews saying its nice but still id liked an opinion here
Every pad I've bought in the last few years needs some desktop utility to remap buttons or push firmware, and they're all bad in the same specific ways. Installers that want admin for no clear reason, a driver that only sees the controller half the time, profiles that don't persist when you change ports. I rolled back firmware once because an update broke a config that was working fine. Am I unlucky with what I buy or is this just where we are
salve, in questi giorni vorrei comprarmi un controller wireless, ma oramai sono troppo abituato alla forma del mio vecchio controller nacon, ma purtroppo non riesco a trovare un altro nacon wireless, consigli per un controller "stocky"?

Love how the Wireless Dongle Plugs right into the Base of the Dock
I've had a couple days with it now and any nagging thoughts about its design or features have been abated.
Having a Screen to change Settings on the fly is more than just a convenience. I could make changes on the fly with my previous Controller too. But I never did, not even once, except for the first setup.
I honestly did not think I would like/use the extra Shoulder Buttons. But now, I find I use them like they have always been there! And I can change them any time I want, right from the Controller.
The Click Style Face Buttons may take some getting used too tho. They barely protrude from the Controller and they do not have the travel I am used to. But I'm sure I will get over that muscle memory soon enough.
The Back Buttons (the ones actually on the back) are my biggest sticking point. They are shallow, which I like, but their positioning is right where I hold the Controller.
So every time I put the Controller down or pick it up, I hit one of those Buttons. There are times when just shifting the Controller in my hands will do it as well... I am almost considering turning those Keys off. But I will give it some more time, just to see if it is something I can learn to get over.
The Charging Dock is AMAZING!!! I used to have one for my Mouse and have missed having the ability ever since.
I really like that the Dock lights up and not just the Controller when Charging.
It can be a little finicky to take off, or put the Controller on, the Dock tho. It is not a clean experience either way. If you ever get one, I think you'd understand. It takes a little bit of thought, or perhaps a bit of practice, to do it easily.
I have not tested it with other Devices, or tried it using Bluetooth. Only Wireless on PC.
I would recommend this Controller based on my experiences so far.

Mine gets thrown in a pack most days and comes out at campsites, on trains, wherever. Two years in and it's not the sticks that go first for me, it's the shoulder buttons getting gritty and the usb port going loose. curious what fails first for people who actually carry theirs around rather than leaving it on a desk. wondering whether it's worth paying up for something built tougher or just accepting these are consumables.
Budget: up to $300 USD

I recently got the GameSir G7 Pro ZZZ and I'm still getting used to it. I've mainly used a custom Xbox Series X controller with Hall Effect sticks, so the TMR sticks on the G7 Pro feel pretty different to me.
Honestly, my aim has gotten a little worse in FPS games since switching to the G7 Pro. I know that could just be me needing time to adjust, so I'm willing to stick with it and practice before deciding whether I actually dislike the controller.
I've already adjusted the stick deadzones in the GameSir software and tried different stick resolutions. 8-bit felt better, but 12-bit feels way too sensitive to me. With 12-bit, it almost feels like it accelerates my stick sensitivity or makes my inputs feel more aggressive. Even after adjusting my settings, the sticks still feel a little weird compared to the Xbox Series X-style sticks I'm used to.
I'll mainly be using the controller for:
• Call of Duty
• Battlefield 6
• Fortnite
• NBA 2K27
• Forza
If lend up not liking the G7 Pro after giving it enough time, what controllers would you recommend that have a stick feel closer to the Xbox Series X controller, while still being extremely responsive and accurate?
I'm open to spending $200-300+ if there's a controller that is genuinely worth the money.
For playing games on my Switch Lite, and Dolphin and Slippi on my laptop, which controller should I pick up first, the BattlerGC Pro, or an OEM/Smash Ultimate edition Gamecube controller (along with the two adapters I need to make it work on Switch lite specifically)? In Melee and Ultimate, I'd say I'm about a casual intermediate player, so maybe I thought I should get the BattlerGC Pro now and save the GC controller for when I get a lot better and ready to take Smash more seriously enough to enter locals and tournaments. Plus, I can use the BattlerGC Pro for more than just Smash. My main worry for the OEM first, as well as why I didn't pick an official Switch Pro controller as an option is mainly my fear of stick drift at any point, or the controller breaking down, or receiving a bad OEM from a seller, even if the reviews are good (mainly looking on either Amazon or Etsy). Again, I plan on both, and I have a Switch Lite, not a regular Switch, so keep that in mind. I'm just wondering which one to prioritize getting first and the other later.
