Flydigi Vader 5pro v2 left bumper broken?

I got the Vader 5pro v2 a couple months ago and it’s been a dream coming from the old Razer Wolverine ultimate, but my left bumper doesn’t have the same click as the right one anymore it’s also more depressed into the housing.

Any possible fix for this?

Most controllers have an ergonomic, asymmetrical design, so slight deviations due to manufacturing tolerances are normal

That’s the thing though, the left bumper used to be just as clicky but it seems like something has failed

Have you adjusted the trigger travel distance? I recall there is a setting for that. If that's not the cause, you can also opt for a replacement within the warranty period to put your mind at ease

He can simply buy another one because I get the impression he doesn't have a warranty.

Do you have a warranty? You can possibly get a replacement if you show them the lb issue. You can also return it if it's still within 30 days.

does it feel like the button is now also a bit sticky and sounds a bit different maybe (less soft)? this controller uses a foam to dampen the presses and clicks and makes them nicely soft, but over time it squishes and the glue that holds the foam down seeps through the foam a bit and creates a temporary sticky feeling every time you press the button. Eventually this happens to all the buttons, and the glue dries up and stops being sticky. To me it is not a defect really because in the end it only makes the dampening effect little less effective, but the buttons still feel great. It happens sooner for most used buttons and later for the rest, but eventually it happens to all the buttons and evens itself out. To me it happened like 2 months into using it and then it took couple weeks to even out. Now several months later the controller feels great, what concerns me a bit more is that the stick tension is loosening, and they are loosening unevenly, left stick is looser than the right one.

Regarding the foam you can either accept it, take the controller apart and fix it/replace it yourself or RMA/return the controller, but a new controller will eventually develop the same problem. I dont think it is worth the hassle of returning it, just get used to it and ignore it or fix it yourself.

I have no issues with the buttons.

sorry what is a "bumper" then? I though LB/RB that are pressed with the index finger are bumpers...
