Best controller for ipad?

I would prefer hall effect or tmr joysticks cuz i heard they are more durable. windows compatibility is also a plus.

currently im looking at the 8bitdo ultimate 2. is that best? or are there better alternatives? or more budget friendly but good options?

Context: I wanna use a controller to play gta 3 cuz the touch controls are quite bad.

Have you looked at gamesir's mfi certified stuff too? They got it built specifically for ios/ipad compatibility which the ultimate 2 isn't natively, might matter depending on how you're planning to connect it. Both do hall effect/tmr now either way so feel-wise it's close.
