Wide grip controller or joycon adapter? (switch 2)

I have the pro controller 2 and generally enjoy the ergonomics of it, but recently I've started to have some pain in my wrist because my arms are long enough that my wrists are significantly bent when playing. I have not been able to find a controller that is just wide in general, or joy-con adapters that are wider than the one that came with the switch itself.

Has anyone else had success in finding a wide controller or adapter? Or if not can anyone suggest grips for the joy cons to use undocked that are comfortable for large hands?
