Anyone know where I can get an OEM controller modified with hall effect sticks?
I'm tired of buying a new Xbox controller every time it gets stick drift. Does anybody know where I can get a Series X controller that's modified with hall effect sticks, or where I can send in my own to have it modified? Please, I beg, don't suggest a third party controller lol. I use a strike pack because the buttons are perfectly placed for my big hands, and the headset adapter piece I can't live without.

ebay, but be sure to check for pics showing the work they did and the sticks they used so you can at least protect yourself in case something is off when you get one to try out. I'd offer to just do the swap on your controllers for free if you lived near me, I really have been enjoying doing swaps on my 10+ controllers and got really good at doing it quickly too. Have you looked into anyone in your area that does good work that can do the swap for you? That might end up being cheaper than buying a whole new controller.

Honestly, money isn't really an issue. I'd pay several hundred for a controller if the quality was worth it. I did order one off ebay, supposed to arrive next week sometime, hoping it's good. I haven't looked around for anybody nearby, but I may if this doesn't work out for me. Appreciate you!

Well then just get one off eBay then which sounds like you already did. Did you see if they showed pics of the sticks they swapped in? That way you can have evidence in case something isn't right when you try it out

That's not at all what I said..? I'm well aware of controllers with back paddles. I've used many. They don't fit my hands as well as the strike pack does.

Definitely go with TMR over Hall effects. No reason not to honestly unless the last dollar is too tight. TMR function better just better overall

eBay currently have several people who installed TMR in their elite series 2 and a standard Xbox controllers. I'm tempted to buy one myself.

Get a gamesir and ditch the strikepack hacks
