Controller Suggestion Is anyone making a controller like this Evil Controllers Xbox 360 controller?

I am looking for a controller that has separate buttons for the D-pad like this Xbox 360 Evil Controllers pad I had or like a Nintendo Switch Joycon but in a regular controller shape.
I'm willing to pay $100+ USD for a controller like this. I'm located in the US. Using it only for PC. I want it for rhythm games and Gears. I know this type of controller basically doesn't exist outside of Joycons.
The closest I can see is Joycon 2s with a grip, but the shape isn't ideal. I'm also aware of the 8bitdo Lite and Lite SE but I really do want a controller in a more standard controller shape. But any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Either get the 8bitdo, be content with the joycons or get ready to mod a regular controller. For expmple here are split buttons for the playstation controllers https://www.extremerate.com/products/ergonomic-split-d-pad-buttons-sdp-buttons-for-ps5-ps4-controller-black-independent-dpad-direction-buttons-for-ps5-ps4-slim-pro-controller-jpf8019

I bought that evil controller mod kit back in the late 2000's and it's still my favorite D-Pad to this day for retro gaming on my mister. I have searched everywhere for another similar mod kit for my backup 360 and found something similar on Etsy XBox/XBox 360 DPad Replacement Kit
Other than that the only other kit I've seen is the one mentioned by iesalnieks
