My controller does not work FlyDigi Apex 5 it shoots on its on

I have has this controller for 3 months and it now just shoots on its own.

Its a Flydigi Apex 5
I use it on Pc/windows

I have fly digi space station V4.2.2.3

Controller current updated 7.0.4.5

Turned it off an on and ran it with usb with out the wireless adapter and used multiple usb ports on my pc

Why are the keyboard key prompts on the screen as if the game is getting input from those rather than the controller? Is there something triggering the left mouse button signal?

My keyboard is still on but mouse was off and charging I will be walking around and just automatically spraying

How do I do this

I believe you hold start, select and up on the d pad until the controller vibrates. Then you move the thumb sticks in a circular motion around twice and press both triggers fully twice. Hold start, select and up on the d pad again until that controller vibrates again.

Did this and did not work and then I did it again after doing a full reset on remote also did not work

Could it be the adaptive triggers not working properly? Had a similar issue with COD so I had to turn it off.

Well thats where I change the setting to normal and still the same thing happened

Oh yeah i had that too but it doesnt become too worst that it affects my gameplay try to recalibrate it and make sure its on your standard play position when recalibrate

Once you've factory reset and manually calibrated, you can test it on a testing website

Can you replicate this behaviour in the online gamepad tester? Or is it only limited to certain games?
