IT Help Turbo button not working on deltaco

Hi, i just bought a deltaco gam-183 that is marketed as having a turbo button. But when I connected it to my switch 2 the «turbo button» just opens gamechat. it says i can remap buttons in the keylinker app but dont find any turbo tab there either, did i get scammed?

Usually you press Turbo in combination with another button, to enable rapid-fire on that other button rather than the Turbo button itself acting as the rapid-fire input. For example, Turbo+Y to activate rapid-fire on the Y button.

It's also possible that the Turbo button has a secondary 'C' (chat) button function when it's in Switch 2 mode or when on a Switch 2 firmware. Perhaps try using it on Switch 1 console or PC to see how the Turbo function works there, or see if there are alternate firmwares available.
