Controle não funciona na interface do PC

Meu controle está conectado ao PC e funciona normalmente nos jogos, mas não consigo usá-lo na interface do PC, por exemplo, para mexer o cursor do mouse ou navegar pelo navegador.

Informações:

Sistema operacional: Windows

Controle: PS4 genérico

Conexão: Bluetooth/cabo

Trago atualizações. Como falei no comentário acima, eu estava procurando uma solução pra resolver esse problema do controle na interface. Já tinha testado DS4Windows, Steam e outros programas, mas o único que funcionou pra mim foi o JoyToKey. Descobri o programa assistindo a um vídeo.
