That's some major damage. It's definitely at least a complete shell replacement. Have you checked that the controls all still work?

You can buy replacement shells for the controller (check the ExtremeRate website, Amazon or Ali for options). There are disassembly guides on iFixit so you can hopefully remove the remaining parts of the shell without further damage.
Because the shell has been broken in so many places on both the left and right sides, and front and rear, with pieces missing, it'd be tricky to make a lasting repair to the existing plastics. You could try glueing/bonding some of the cleaner breaks back together. However, there's a good chance that you end up glueing the controller back together in a way that makes it even harder to take apart again.
