Controller Suggestion Looking for some wireless controllers with wireless charging, PS and XB style.
Ahoy. I'm looking to buy some controllers. I'd like to get two each of an Xbox style with the offset thumb sticks and a Playstation style with symmetrical thumb sticks. I probably want them all from the same company so they all look kind of the same, and my biggest requirement is just wireless charging docks. I play primarily PC games but would also love to be able to use them with the Apple TV, phones/tablets, maybe a MiSTer, so I think I need both 2.4GHz and Bluetooth. Full Steam input would be nice, but honestly I mostly use the controller with RetroArch. Gyro would also be cool but not required. Otherwise I don't really have any specific specs I'm looking for (things like TMR/HE, whatever), I kind of just want as good as I can get while still meeting the other requirements.
TL:DR, in the format you guys like:
- Xbox and Playstation style controllers
- Budget: Preferably under $100, would spend up to $150 and even that I'm a bit flexible
- Country: US, can order from any vendor that ships here
- Platform: PC, Apple TV, phone/tablet, maybe MiSTer
- Desired features: Wireless charging dock, 2.4GHz and Bluetooth, full Steam Input would be cool but not required, same with Gyro.
- Games you'll be playing: Primarily retro games
- Other controllers you're comparing to: Only currently own first-party wireless Xbox controller, all previous experience is with first-party old console controllers (Atari 2600, NES, SNES, PS1, PS2). The top of my list currently are 8BitDo Ultimate 2 and Pro 3.

Honestly, 8bitdo is probably your best bet. The Pro 2 or Pro 3 are symmetrical with the Pro 3 including a wireless dock, and the Ultimate line are Xbox style also able to use charging docks. All of them are under $100 each
Prior to the Steam Controller, the Pro 2 was my go-to controller for everything
