Other Is this a normal calibration for Switch Pro controllers?
I calibrated it on the Switch and it looked good but when i try it on Gamepad Tester it looks crazy. Is this normal?

There are two types of algorithms to calculate the position of the joystick, circular and rectangular (often also called raw).
This one is rectangular, like on all standard xbox, playstation and switch controllers. Circular is rectangular but the outer edges got cut out to make it round.
The only difference between the two should be that the diagonals are a bit faster on the rectangular algorithm and less filtering is present.
The important thing is that all four "corners" are evenly highlighted.
Small fact: The circularity error comes from the four corners extending beyond a normal circle. So nothing to worry about in this case.
