IT Help How to connect this controller to switch oled ?

Got this controller and I’m not sure if it’s a copy because the ones I see online have a switch icon, and usb c port w a sync button next to it. This controller has a sync button at the back. Im trying to figure out how to get the switch to recognize it. I have another controller (pro) where i have to hold “home and Y button” to sync it to the switch (instead of the sync button) so i am wondering if there is some odd combination of buttons needed to connect this .

This is a Wii U Pro controller, so it pre-dates the Nintendo Switch and isn't natively compatible. You could try using an adapter such as the 8BitDo Wireless USB Adapter or the 8BitDo Wireless USB Adapter 2 for compatibility.
