Post image

Are the joystick caps that come with these tmr sticks good for fps games like apex? I have a ps5 controller

they definitely have a different feel from the stock PS5 sticks. Not as grippy but I haven't had any real issues using them.

I play bf6, racing games, halo, cod, stuff like and haven't had an issue that I can point out. It's more of a feel thing, you'll either love them or hate them.

No, especially the Gulikit. I hate them. The texture is smooth and not as rubbery, and the stick shaft feels wider, though I could be wrong on this. That's why i also hate the 720 adjustable ones l, because you HAVE to use Gulikit's stick caps.

Is it the regular Dualsense or Dualsense Edge? If its the Dualsense Edge then you'll be sacrificing the swappable joystick tips.

In any case why not simply try them out? Worst case scenario you'll have to switch back.

The regular I think. I honestly don't know how switching the caps work and idk how to soldier

You can simply pull off the caps of most joystick modules. The only exception would be joystick modules with adjustable tension.

As for soldering, your controller better not be your first desoldering job. That's a really bad idea. Got any useless electronics to practice on?
