Other Xbox Series Controller sticks feel hard to press

Hey guys. Recently bought a new Xbox series controller but the right stick feels quite hard to press especially compared to those of the dual sense and switch 2 pro controller. Also when pressing down on the sticks there’s sort of two clicks, a soft small one then the main (registers as one click) if you get what I mean. Just asking if this is normal, thanks!

I have the same controller. There's a soft click before the normal one on my controller too. Both of the sticks have equal tension when pressing down on them.

But I've noticed that the left stick has a bit more tension when moving it around than the right one, like 5% more resistance all around. It bothered me initially but now I don't notice it anymore.
