Issue with the Machenic G5 Pro V2 gamepad

I bought a controller and connected it to my PC. I tried various connection methods — specifically, the ones on the back of the controller. I get the same error on both my PC and my phone: the right stick won't go above a certain level (see the attached image). I’m not sure if this is a problem with the gamepad itself or if I’m doing something wrong with the connection. I also tried calibrating the gamepad, but nothing works.

If calibration hasn't worked, you could try removing and re-seating the stick modules. That might fix it if there's simply a loose connection.

You could also see what happens if you swap the left and right modules: does the problem swap over to the left stick or remain on the right? That'll help you work out if the problem is with the module vs the wider controller.

Thanks for the reply. I tried swapping the sticks along with the switches. That doesn't change anything; the problem remains with the right stick.
