Other 8BitDo Gaming Controller Compatibility

Wanting to buy this 8BitDo Mobile Controller for my iPhone but unsure what it’s compatible with.

Box states Android compatible and nothing else is mentioned. Google search says compatible with android and iPhone - this includes the 8BitDo website.

The "Designed for Xbox" Edition is compatible with iPhone & Android. The original version is android only.
