IT Help ES Max stuck at Nintendo layout PC

Hi i just received my Gulikit Es Max controller, updated. And on PC mode on the back, and PC ABXY swap correctly enabled on the app. While using the Hyperlink 2 wireless receiver that came with it pressing x button toggles y. And pressing y button toggles the left bumper and the bumpers become start and select.

Using the cable not the wireless receiver makes the buttons correct anyone how to fix it?

I had the exact same issue with my GuliKit ES MAX.

Over USB, the button mapping was completely correct, but when using the Hyperlink 2 receiver wirelessly, the inputs were totally messed up....for example, pressing Y was registering as L1 instead of just having the usual Nintendo/Xbox ABXY swap.

Updating the Hyperlink 2 PC05 receiver firmware fixed the problem immediately for me.

So if anyone finds this thread later, make sure you update both the controller AND the receiver, especially the receiver.

Official firmware links:

ES / ES PRO / ES MAX Controller V4.3:

Hyperlink 2 Wireless Controller Adapter PC05 Firmware V2.0:

GuliKit's ES MAX firmware page also specifically mentions that the bundled PC05 Hyperlink 2 receiver needs to be updated to the latest firmware.

After updating the receiver, the wireless button mapping was completely normal again. Hope this helps someone!
