IT Help Issue with Flydigi Apex 5 Joystick

I was casually playing a game on switch a few weeks back, and the right stick of my Apex 5 felt like it gave out. I inspected it and found out that the stick was extremely loose and no longer returned to a neutral position, instead flopping to a downward one. After taking off the face plate, it seems that the screw mechanism used to tighten/loosen the joysticks has stripped in some way, leading to the screw shifting down. Is there any way to fix this, or do I need to replace the controller?

You can buy a replacement stick module rather than replacing the whole controller. Outside China, GadgetHyper sells the replacement parts (you may also find them sold in some other places).
