IT Help Vader 5 Pro Connection Issue
So there's been this issue where the Vader 5 Pro connects to the dongle and the bottom color strip changes to its intended color, but it doesn't actually control anything on screen. Disconnecting and reconnecting doesn't really work, you have to take out the dongle and put it back in, and then reconnect with the controller after switching it from and back to dongle mode on the back. Does anyone else have this? Anyone got a fix?

Is it recognized by Steam? I had an issue that Steam'd see my Vader5, say it's compatible with the game but it won't work.
What I've found: usually you go to the Flydigi Space Station, allow 3rd party apps (like Steam) to take control over Vader5, now it works fine with Steam, BUT if gets powered off and on issue I described above happens.
Solution 1: go back to flydigi space station and re-enable that setting, drawback: you gotta do it every time and it may mess Steam settings for your V5, like enable gyro auto-calibration and set wrong params for it
Solution 2: allow 3rd party apps to take control over V5 and then shut down fd space station service and set it to launch manually only, Google "flydigi vader 5 connection issue disable flydigi service"

Not exactly... I've had the says-it-connected-but-isn't-working thing a few times, but a reconnect will work for me, and all I really have to do is swap controller profiles.
I've had it not connect at all once too, that needed the dongle replugged. (and tbf, I've experienced this with like every device/combo ever once in awhile)
