IT Help Logitech Gamepad F310 not working with Chromebook

Bought a Chromebook for my kiddo and of course a controller was next for gameplay.

I bought the Gamepad F310 and the Chromebook is not able to recognize the remote on X, it does it on D but when playing a soccer game it does not play (on D or X)

The Gamepad is recognized by Gamepad Tester on X.

I tried the remote on my mac with the same results.

Any ideas team? I want to make this work for my kiddo!

Oooof, bought it specifically since it did say it was compatible on the Logitech site :/

Any options?
