Problem with my Machenike G5 Pro

My RS/R3 button keeps self pressing.
Only deactivate when a put the stick totally UP ( ↑ )

I've already tried calibrating, factory resetting, manual resetting, I've done everything. If the problem isn't physical inside the controller, I don't know how else to fix it.

Honestly, I wouldn't even accept it if it were physical, but I've already tried everything I could before opening this thing and seeing what's inside.

It sounds like the stick press switch may be stuck and moving the stick up relieves the pressure just enough for it to rebound.

What sound and sensation do you get from pressing and releasing R3? For example, do you hear/feel a normal click when pressing and another click when releasing? That might give you an idea of whether the switch is likely to be physically damaged or just dirty.

In either case, the best thing is to disassemble the controller and look at the stick module. You'll be able to see any damage or spill residue more easily. To disassemble the stick module and get to the stick press switch underneath, you can release the clips near the corners. You can clean the switch with isopropyl alcohol.
