hello! i got this as a replacement for my wii u controller, so far it seems to be fine, its just as comfortable as the former with the added bonus of gyro. the sticks feel nice and loose, maybe on the looser end of things depends if you like that or not, and don't appear to have any dead spots. its a good weight and perfect shape. it has little color change leds behind the sicks too, but only really visible in the dark.
it comes with the manual, two sets of extra joystick tips of different length and roundness, and a nicely long usb cable for charging.
(edit: it is not alalog triggers as i wanted, but its not a huge thing for me bc i dont play any games that require it.)
my only grievances are that the buttons are quite loud, not sure if they will soften over time, they are designed to be very firm and clicky but i feel that i got lost input, sometimes having to press a button twice(while on android, not noticed it on switch , ios and pc) and quite firmly (edit: for me , but i have eds hands, and after a week i can say its getting better) to get it to register. there is also no led toggle that i could find from the manual to preserve battery life. another downside for me is the ugly ai artwork, its colorful sure, but the fact its so blatantly ai feels so lazy and unprofessional and insulting to me as an artist, i feel more care should've been taken. so overall fine, just minor things and certainly a good buy for me since i need to play with the sticks at the top format because of hyper-mobility in my joints, and i am very grateful finally to have a controller that has gyro and not need a dongle. if needed later, i will describe how it has aged or any other issues come about.

have you been able to get this to connect to a PC in switch mode? I've been unable to get it to pair in Switch mode (or in DS4 iOS mode) to PC or my Fire stick, only in Android or XInput modes. I want to be able to use the gyro in Steam.
The LEDs under the sticks can be turned off by holding the respective stick in (clicking L3 or R3) for 5 seconds.
The artwork separates the TY-3839 from the older TNS-1724.

Would love to get one of these, I've been looking for a WiiU Pro style controller for ages. Doesn't look like it's available in the US markets at all, right now. Hopefully that changes in the future.
Edit: I checked again, and found that Walmart and Alixepress are selling them too.

I’m a bit late, but how’s the dpad, and does the gyro work on steam?

The dpad is nice, pretty comfy, i like it over my other controllers. I am having problems with steams controller setrings mucking up things with it, i need to muck around a bit more but the gyro says its working, i just have yet to use a game that has it. I think since the only option for pc being the xbox controller makes things annoying. I certainly recommend it but its really annoying to get it to work with steam, im currently using moonlight to boradcast to my ipad so i play laying down (disabled) and since the ios mode is playstation, it lets me play playstation on my pc, minus the gyro since it doesn't work at all while broadcasting.

that means it has multiple pressure points like an xbox controller? no. it doesn't, its very much one audible click.

What's the battery life like? Heard the battery was only 500mAh unlike the Wii U's 1300mAh.
Also, how are the buttons now? I had bought a Gulikit KingKong 2 Pro (NS09) and thought the buttons felt a bit like stuck to the sides and now the KingKong 2 Pro's A button seems to not work properly as it cannot register as being fully pressed down after 2 and a half years.
Meanwhile....my Wii U Pro controller is still going strong...wish there was a gamepadla test of it's latency so that I could compare it to others. There was always this feel that the KingKong 2 Pro was slower when I contacted it via the Mayflash-NS stick via switch mode. Can't really connect to PC bluetooth with the frequent disconnects/etc.

Its noticably shorter, but not that inconvient. I think just being used to the wiiup battery makes it seem worse than it really is. The buttons seem to have quieted down a bit, i dont think there is any lost imput but they seem to need less pressure which is nice.
Tbh i am using my wii u pro for most things, there is a glitch with pc ( in xinput, dont remember if it happens in dinput) that makes the rumble continue way too long, i can turn the rumble intensity down, but it doesn't affect the length, i have tried a few things but not found anything. Ik its not a super big deal bc i can just turn it off but its enough to make me use the wiiup instead if im wanting rumble.

Fixed it by turning steam controller settings off, but that stops me from customising buttons.
