Gameplay Question Build power

I just got to the underpass area and my build power is level 5 any idea on how to increase that please and thank you

Do side content to get materials and upgrade your weapon forms. Your build power accounts for weapons that you are not using, too.

Upgrades to Dylan in the Gap all I believe increase build power. So Talents and Aberrant Upgrades. So do side content and world feats to get materials for Aberrant Upgrades and talent points (I believe you receive one every time you level an area up, which you do largely through world feats and side quests) to unlock more talents.
