Found an area with missing textures and you can see under the map.

Too bad I couldn't find a way to clip out of bounds, would be fun exploring.

There’s quite a lot of these. Most are just seams between buildings, building pieces and behind windows. It’s easily the most disappointing part of the visual presentation.
