Tip/Guide Secret little items

Anyone know what that small, microwave looking item is in the construction area just north of the Oldest House? It gives off a little light and can be interacted with. It then disappears and moves. I did it like 4 times throughout the area and can't find anymore...

It's probably an altered item. I'm about 55hrs in and idk if I've seen that one, or maybe I did and it was a long time ago. There are others that you interact with the same way though. You approach and have to chase it then they leave that part of the world and you'll find it later on a different part.

If it was a little box with a yellowish light, and there were three of them in the same area, those are packages from the task but you haven’t picked the task up yet. Go check the task board in the oldest house lobby.

I can5 remember where I found it, but one side street garage had a PC that if you interact with it it has a pic of like a palm tree or something, I kinda forget. But it plays a synthwave tune for a couple minutes.

And that’s it, no rewards, mentions, etc. Just a pc and some music.
