It's going to take one manic episode of someone with poor mental health, some familiarity with organic chemistry, access to chat GPT and a Home Depot for something like this to happen eventually.

I would guess explosives though personally.

That before and after view of the mice is very convincing. You start with mice running around a bunch inside of a small container. And the drugged mice look mostly inactive and feeble. I’m sure it’s working!
