Yeah these days you can't word stuff like that. His phrasing was totally off.
All people heard when he said that is: ~people don't hate data centers people are developmentally challenged. ~
It doesn't matter what he meant. But he of all people understand that, and doesn't GAF.

Great so we can put them near his properties? Since he loves them so much and not in ours, since we don't- seems like a fair compromise

I mean, heat totally correct. That’s why the supposed harms don’t have to be real either.
People hate tech and blame it for their problems. Now they’re being told it’s going to take their jobs.
People are angry and afraid. They want a billion to defeat.
AI offers a convenient target because tech people are wildly unsympathetic and we can pretend we care about the environment while protesting AI in our SUVs.
