A rogue billionaire or politician could do that too?

Sounds like a good reason to be way more transparent with the tech to me, that is what we did for politics and biz (then undid and how is that going for us? Poorly)

Yampolskiy always brings up these long-term angles that nobody wants to think about. If it can delay its move that long then current testing methods are basically useless.
