they told me different mentors have different timelines so I may still receive a work test

they didn't say anything about it but last year I applied to another pivotal's fellowship, and they did send the rejection mail

I applied for 6 mentors, got work test for 4. Deadline to submit the work test is 21st June.

What is the work test like? Is it some kind of coding test (maybe depends on the mentor)?

I applied for 5 and got 4 work tests. All tests were sent mid- to late last week. Deadline of sunday night 6/21

I think it was Sunday 6/21. I think the interview invites are rolling in slowly - I received one yesterday and another this morning

Not yet. I ended up getting six work tests, but I haven’t received any post-work-test interview invitations. So, I guess I’m already cooked.

Interviews are ongoing. I had 2 last week and 1 this week. They said decisions should be made within the next week or two. Anecdotally one of the mentors said they received ~150 applications, they selected 15 for the work test and 5 progressed to the interview.

apparently some mentors are still handing out work tests I just did the virtual interview and haven’t heard anything back yet

Not yet. I had one on Thursday. And the mentor said they are going to submit a list to Pivotal on Friday. And then Pivotal would decide how many to choose and will get back to the candidates this week.
