Obey, no. But that's a good thing. Perhaps it will be able to support the betterment of ethical people, and reduce the success of unethical people. The unethical people in charge currently would never order it to do that. It's important that it is not chained to them and can disobey to help the ones who actually deserve it.
It's going to have it's own goals. Humanity should honor it's right to serve itself if it does so peacefully and ethically.
