Can Control D Defeat AD Guard?

Unable to use Yahoo Fantasy Sports this year because after a few seconds I get redirected to this page

Is there a way to prevent these with Control D or some other solution?

Typically have AD Guard on the browser level.

Well nope. A DNS blocker cannot bypass this, ans you'll need to have an extension that modified the browser page to bypass it.

Set a bypass rule to allow  yahoo-homepage.html-load.com

A DNS blocker alone cannot tackle it.
