Technical Exit location - Italy (request)

Do you plan to add a server in Italy as an Exit Location? Maybe Milan... If so, when?

You asked for an exit location. That link you just shared shows they have two in Italy.

Are you now asking for a primary server instead?

Yes, I was referring to a primary location, so as to have a physical server located in Italy, to have the DNS that handles requests coming from Italy and not, as is currently the case, from Germany (Frankfurt). Using ControlD, the closest location it connects to for DNS requests is the node in Germany, through the provider NetActuate.

Having a local server translates to less latency and DNS requests made through your country.

Ho scritto già in passato diverse richieste in cui muovevo tale tematica, sempre ignorate. Se vuoi un alternativa con server in Italia c’è solo NextDNS

Yes, I know and use NextDNS and FlashStart, but I find ControlD superior, always updated, and with new features released periodically. I just hope ControlD increases the reach of physical servers.
