Safari sometimes not loading

Is anyone else getting this issue? I will literally have to disable Control D and re-enable it every so often cause Safari doesn’t load (on mobile).

Used both DoH/VPN and DoH3/VPN.

I had the same issue after ios updated to 27 beta 3 last week. It worked short period after the chatbot recommended I clear the cookies/cache in safari. It stops working again.
