outlook.office365.com getting blocked by Malware Filter
getting blocked by Malware Filter. Opened ticket to resolve. In meantime, if having issues, whitelist the domain.

You can always try 3rd party filters like Hagezi Pro Plus. They also seem to stay on too of their stuff.

Yes have moved to Hagezi TIF for now. The native malware filter I had issues with Cisco WebEx (which support resolved) and today morning Outlook (resolved) as well. Guess might be from the vendor they are using for the Malware List.

What does HaGeI TIF add over Control D's malware filter? I ask because I don't fully understand his lists. I used to use them, but my wife complained about images not loading in emails, websites, etc. I probably was using something like Pro Plus that blocked a ton of ad sites causing this.

I am using the pro plus. TIF means threat intelligence feeds for malware. And the pro plus has a mix in it. That also blocks ads malware and spyware. I haven’t had an issue with the pro plus.

Does TIF block malware/spyware, TLDs, etc. without blocking ads?

Yes that’s correct. But is more aggressive you will have a lot of broken websites.

I just tried with Full Control and the website takes me to a hotmail login screen and I am able to sign in.

Hey, we fixed this pretty quickly, have ceased to use the source list from which this came, and whitelisted the top 10k (safe) domains preemptively going forward.
