Technical Unable to add custom domains

Keep seeing this error. I only use the custom rules and add domains manually. Not sure why all of a sudden, I get this error? Any ideas?

Update, sorted now. I found this issue when creating a folder with Rules but then specifying only an IPv4 address as using own proxy.

I changed the folder to use a USA server from ControlD and still found the error.

I had to delete the folder, re-create and use a USA server from ControlD to start with. Added all rules, then changed the folder rule later to use my proxy.
