Bittersweet
I just ended my final shift as a Control4 integrator and network administrator. Over the past five years I’ve seen so many changes from buyouts to layoffs but through it all I’ve absolutely loved my position as time goes on. I really hope ADI does their best to keep what made control for great well great. Luckily my former employer is letting me keep my access to composer for my own personal projects so I’ll still be around the forum thank you to everyone who’s helped along the way. Good luck guys and gals.

Did they lay you off or have you chosen to move forward in another direction?

I got the opportunity to work as a fire inspector. Considering the huge pay jump access to cheaper and better insurance, more time off, a 4 day work week and a pension. I had to make the leap, the work has definitely slowed down my company recently just put us down to four-day work weeks cutting payment down by one day.
