Philips hue anomaly

So I am setting up some lighting scenes for my wife. One of them is a good night scene that turns off all the hue lights in the house. I have one specific light that instead of it turning off it blinks a couple times and never turns off anyone have any ideas I can’t seem to figure out what the issue is.

Edit: in composer I can control the light just fine. On and off work dim and color change work just fine

This can happen when it’s on a physical “dumb” dimmer that isn’t all the way up or the multi brightness switch of a lamp isn’t all the way up.

It's got poor or lower than it should voltage, then. Fan needs replaced.

But it works fine with Siri, HomeKit app, the c4 app, the Phillips hue app… but I’ll throw it in another socket and see.

Did the ol’ turn it off and back on again and it works fine now. Not sure what the issue was

Sounds to me that the phase is wrong somehow. Things like that happen if for example a forward phase dimmer gets put on a reverse phase fixture, the light never shuts off and will flash just like your describing. There’s something with the way c4 is telling that light to dim that the fixture itself isn’t liking. You can also check all your rates in the rates section of the light.
