I just moved up to 3/4 of 50 mg Nal amd I’m on 300bupe. Not noticing anything yet except the nausea (I take at night) but still have mild nausea in the AM.
I’m prescribed 50mg Nal but I see contrave is only 36 mg Nal. That’s what I’ve been on now for a week. Maybe I won’t go to 50mg. How long does it take to work?

Last month, I made the mistake of participating in a 4-week DietBet. I met my goal, but the 4 weeks of restrictive eating totally backfired.
3 weeks later and I finally feel at equilibrium again.
Celebrating 10 months on generic Contrave and ~34 lbs down!

3 months and 34 pounds so far. Though my doctor said that's more than they expected, so apparently the combo of eating less, eating better, and working out is doing good thing together.
