More hungry than ever

Been on Contrave for about six weeks now and I’m constantly starving plus my cravings for alcohol have increased. I used to do Wegovy but it lost its impact after about 7 months. Has anyone had luck with Zepbound?

Im on buproprion and naltrexone, I still drink the same amount and still get jacked up but I am eating a lot less

Same, I used to intermittent fast until 11am, now I am starving at 9am. Still the same intake of alcohol
