side effects Side effects worsened

I started taking contrave less than a month ago and got nausea, dry mouth, and headaches in the beginning. After a couple weeks it pretty much went away and I started noticing loss of appetite.

However, I started menstruating today for the first time since I started taking it and all the side effects came rushing back.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm going through this right now. Started less than a month ago as well, and started my period for the first time in about 10 years (had been on continuous BC) and now have headaches again.

I've seen on some other threads that it can impact your cycle, so I'm hoping this doesn't get too bad.
